Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi Hitesh, snoring while sleep may be due to difficulties in breathing and respiratory related issues. obesity may further compromise the breathing mechanism.
Minor snoring can be ignored, however if it has caused problem in daily functions or if you are not been able to sleep sound due to snoring, if you are feeling lazy and sleepy during day, if you are keeping low mood these days, mornings are being not fresh, etc. in such case it warrants attention and proper treatment.
A central sleep apnea condition need to be rule out.
I suggest a consultation of psychiatrist will help you here, as detailed history, examination, wieght and hypertension related issues need to be known.
