From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your hip joint giving rise this problem.
Go for x-ray of hip joint.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
At this age osteoporosis or osteomalcia is also common.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
