How To Get Rid Of Period Cramps?
i dont have any midol,pamerin(sp?) or anything like that and i feel really bad..what can i do to make my cramps go away? im dyin over here.

Please take tab buscopan plus as SOS basis for the cramps, it will only help a lil, the cramps will reduce as the days go by . Chocolates have known to improve the cramps as well as it is seretonergic in nature
