How To Get Rid Of Pain In Hand ?

Tripped and fell with my hands outstretched a month ago and still fell a dull pain in right hand, middle very bottom of my right palm. Sometimes feel a sharp pain when picking up a bag or something. My whole hands aches, had it x rayed and it showed nothing.

Hello,

As there was no fracture this is just a bony injury and have made the muscles weak now. Doing exercises for the hand muscles is advised along with strengthening the forearm and arm muscles too. This should help remove the pain and get optimum results.
