Hi,

I can understand your concern for orange little tiny bugs in hair.

There is a possibility of Pediculosis in your case which are mites which appears on scalp and other hairy sites.

If I were your treating dermatologist then would have prescribed you to apply a lotion containing permethrin for 24 hours or Ivermenctin lotion for 2 hours available as OTC drug. Do not apply near your eyes as it can cause irritation to the local mucosal sites.

If any itching is there then you can take an antihistamine tablet accordingly.

All the best.
