Have Small Bugs In The Scalp?

I have bumps and scabs on my scalp, but dont see any bugs...however when i comb my hair i can see tiny (almost microscopic) orange bugs, that jump...i have tried treating my head with lice treatment and combed it out, which did not help. Can you Please tell me what it is and how to get rid of them?

I do not access to your age but in case you are someone above 50 years of age I feel the possibility of delusional parasitosis need to be ruled out while evaluating the condition. This is form of disorder which often affects elderly population with some form of sensory deprivation.
