Now you are feeling pain, fullness in right ear and hearing loss in the ears along with some ringing and pounding in the wars but no headache at the moment. All these things may be due to infection of hte middle ear cavity and collection of fluid or pus in the ears. The inflammation goes to the inner ear structure hence there may be ringing and pounding feeling. I would advise you the following in such a situation: First of all to get an appointment of an ENT Surgeon to get a proper evaluation and examination along with some blood and urine tests. Get started till then with an antibiotic, oral and nasal decongestant from the local Doctor and continue on the medicines. Once a proper diagnosis is made, it is possible to have a curative treatment .
