How To Cure Tightness And Swelling In Glossopalatine Arch In Mouth?

I have a tightness and swelling in my Glossopalatine arch in my mouth with developing black bruise looking marks on my cheeks inside my mouth. Over the weekend I had a stress test with radioisotopes, and a CT Scan with dye. I had severe pain, difficulty breathing, and my D-DImer was elevated, but they never found a clot. Are they related?

hello
i have gone through your query.A nuclear stress test measures blood flow to your heart muscle both at rest and during stress on the heart.this test is done to look for a coronary artery disease or another heart problem, test can be done to pinpoint the cause of symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath.

D-dimer test can be performed when conditions such as acute deep vein thrombosis is suspected
D-dimer values

i dont thnk your palatoglossal swelling is related to your heart condition or any of these recent tests.
swelling in palatoglossal arch can be due to an infection mostly a viral or strep infection.
for bacterial infection you need to take antibiotics.
maintain proper oral hygiene

as you might seem to have a heart condition i wud suggest you to visit a doctor before taking any medication

Hope this ans helps
