How To Cure Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

I'm a 43 year old. I had a fibroid removal surgery in 2008. for the last couple of years, I am getting a pain in my lower right abdomen which stretches to my spine. The pain kind of stretches from my lower right abdoment and puts pressure on my lower spine. It wakes me up from my sleep and I have to curl up or stretch to get some relief. I did an internal ultra sound and the report came back saying my uterus, ovaries and kidneys are all fine. What could be causing this pain and what must I do. Thanks
