Hello Amrit
Thanks for writing to us with yoru health concern.
The loose motions are obviously due to the high dosage of antibiotics being taken.
Once the antibiotics are stopped, you would be relieved for sure.
Till then you just need supportive therapy.
Firstly, have lots of liquids to avoid dehydration.
This would include soups, juices, water, buttermilk, nimbu pani etc.
Apart from that, take Sporolac Qik sachets three times a day , or Sporolac tablets three times a day.
Take curd atleast 4 - 5 times a day.
Avoid eating outside.
Stick to plain home made fresh and bland food.
Avoid spicy and greasy food.
Have multiple small meals instead of 2- 3 big ones.
Walking is risky due to your risk of preterm labour.
So avoid sleeping or lying down for 2 hours after a meal.
Also, boil your drinking water before consumption.
Maintain meticulous toilet hygiene.
All the best.
Take care.
