Dear Dr. I am 39 years old, 1.62 height, 70kg weight. I experience extreme depression around my periods time (a week before and after). I started noticing PMS problems at the age of 34 and the Gaynae I consulted put me on Gynette 35 and it helped. At that time it was more PMS at least 2 days before periods and pimples. After 2 years I stopped using Gynette 35 and stayed fine. In 2009 January I stopped working and started own employment. My stress level became higher and got worse during periods. I tried Gynette 35 again, it did not help. I was then given another new product (unfortunately I cannot remember the name) it could not help. Last year I did comprehensive hormone tests and all were normal. As I am writing, my periods are close and I feel very suicidal, I do not know what to do. It becomes even difficult to concentrate on any work. Is there anything I can do?
