Hi, I'm a 20 year old female with a healthy body, good diet, and no history of family illnesses. Recently I've been getting strange rashes in my elbow folds, and I was told it is eczema, but it is not red or itchy at all, the skin just spontaneously turns brown and slightly raised, it also spreads if I don't attack it with ointments. It has gotten very bad in the past and it has cleared up with topical steroids but keeps returning every few weeks, and each time it returns the surrounding skin on my arms becomes more and more discolored. Please help
