hey... my friendd is a diabetic (20 years old) and also has celiac disease(wheat allergy)...and even diabetic neuropathy...so can u pls suggest me some measures to control this allergy and can i have relief from this ever or not.....and its for life time or temporary.... i will be very thankful to u if u help me...

For temporary management, he need to avoid wheat. For permanent management he can get done sensitisation test and then immunisation therapy. This may help in preventing the symptoms. But again the response depends on his immunity and response to the therapy.
He neex to continue anti diabetic therapy and should maintain his sugar levels.
