How Should Secondary Glaucoma Causing Pain, Redness And Headache Be Treated?

i have an an eye injury 25 year back, i have done surgery just 3 year back. result found no vision, secondary glucoma, so the suggest for regular use of glucomol eye drop twice daily. But now i fill light mild pain, redness,headeach. so plz suggest me whether i will continue the eye drop or not.
