Hi
I read your query very carefully.

Postpartum congestive heart failure is a well known complication of pregnancy. This is a chronic disease, with progression (if untreated) to cardiac failure even death.

I recommend to take medications for congestive heart failure in order to stop the progression of the disease.

Also i suggest to modify risk factors such as:
- Hypertension
- Dislipidemia (cholesterol)
- Glucose intolerance.
- Increase physical activity.

Hope i answered to your query.
