How Serious Can X-ray Findings Of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Be?

I HAD MY XRAY RESULT. THE IMPRESSION is I have PTB with fibrotic cysts, both upper lobes
Pneumonitis vs. Chronic lung changes, both bases
cardiomegaly predominantly let ventricular/.

i dont have severe cough. i wonder why i have PTB. IS THIS A SERIOUS DISEASE?

I can understand your concern.
You are having old fibrotic lesions on chest x ray.
These lesions are not suggestive of active tuberculosis. These lesions are suggestive of healed, old, scar lesions.
All lung insults whether tubercular, pneumonia or injury, heal by fibrosis. So you might be having any of these in the past which were healed and now showing fibrotic lesions.
So in my opinion, you are not requiring anti tubercular treatment.
You are also having cardiomegaly and prominent left ventricle. This is commonly seen with hypertension and other heart diseases. So get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
So your x ray report is not suggestive of any serious disease but you need to rule out heart diseases.
