How Safe Is Taking Susten During Pregnancy?
Hello doctor, In march I got pregnant but my Beta HCG count was very less and within 8 days of missed period I got miscarriage. It was an early miscarriage case. Now I am trying since last 2 months but no positive result yet. I am having my regular periods but 5-6 days before periods I get cramps in right side lower abdomen which are little bit severe. My doctor advised me to take Susten 400 mg during that phase. I just want to confirm is everything fine with me and is it safe to take these tablets? I am 29 years old.

I understand your concerns. Susten tablets contain progesterone hormone which is very much essential for pregnancy.It is usually given in luteal phase defect,if there is progesterone deficiency in this phase.
