Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
I have read your problem.
If vision is redused in conjunctivitis it shows that cornea is involved. This is know as keratoconjunctvitis. Proper evaluation is very important.
You can use following:
Antibiotics+ soft steroids like tobramycin + flouromethalone 1 drop 4 times a day
Corboxymethyl cellulose drops 1 drop 3 times a day but in observation of ophthalmologist.
How much your vision is reduced is not mentioned.
You don't worry you will be fine.
Good luck.
