DEAR DOCTOR , MY BROTHER HAD MET AN ACCIDENT IN2005, WHERE HE GOT HEAD INJURY AND REMAIN IN COMMA FOR 4 MONTHS. LATER ON TILL TODAY, HE HAS IMPROVED, BUT STILL UNABLE TO STAND, WALK INDEPENDENTLY. KINDLY ADVICE.

Your brother need physiotherapy as the muscle wasting would have occurred. Contact a good physiotherapist who can visit your house once or twice in a week. Also, give him good nutritious food after consulting your dietitian.
