How Long Should Eptoin Suspension Be Given To A Child With Fracture After Head Injury?

sir my daughter is 2 yr and 4 month she had an head injury at first ct scan it shows frontal-bilateral non depressed fracture and 2.88mm hematoma and after a day next ct scan shows only facture ,doctor now giving her eptoin suspension 5ml twice a day, zencovit(vitamin) and paracetamol. my question is how long she take eptoin

I really appreciate your concern, some time anti-epileptic drug given on prophylactic basis to prevent the convulsion in certain case history and this methods are widely accepted but some clinician does not do this, if your daughter does not have history of convulsion then no need to give this medicine or if she had convulsion that is being stopped now then stop giving "Eptoin" and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, have good day.
