Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Firstly, please remember that PCOD is a condition that responds very well to treatment and hence, you need not worry. Metformin is very helpful to regulate natural ovulation when there is insulin resistance. Nacrofil contains essential amino acids and can be used until needed. Krimson is useful to regulate the menstrual cycle and can be used for at least 6 cycles. You should also maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hope this helps.
