usualy these types of infections take long
the antibiotics are not needed as your immunity is low
use hyderotherapy to increase your resistence that is take liquids in any form in excess like liquid to be used after every 15 minutes from 2 tsf to maximun you can take
your off and problems show that you must be having foood allergy and this can be one of major food ike milk wheat potato chana
as your immunity decreases after mono infections one can have food allergies
as you feel fatigue it can be linked to gluten or whole wheat
get blood tests for specific antibodis for milk wheat potato chana or other major foods you take daily avoid foods accordingly and you can be benefited n few week after withdrawl of major foods which had positive reaction in blod tests
