Considering your smoking quantity, it will take around a month to resolve your symptoms. You can drink warm water early in the morning after waking up to get rid of flatulence and gastrointestinal disturbance. But if you feel that your symptoms are persistent and not decreasing gradually or rather increasing you can consult physician or deaddction specialasit low dose bezodiazepines and propranolol will help you and later on these can be tapered off gradually and stopped.
