How Long After An Umbilical Hernia Tear Does The Bulge Appear?
How long after an umbilical hernia tear does the bulge appear? I just noticed this bump yesterday and today it is a bit more sore. Could it be like a cut that you have then only after you notice it starts to hurt? I am pretty sure I got the hernia from abs crunches in the gym last week.
