Hello
I want to tell you that minimum or maximum blood is not necessary for HIV transmission but it depend on many factors as :
Transmission of HIV infection through intact skin is not documented .An increased risk of HIV infection following percutaneous exposures ( as piercing in your finger may be this type in bank due to needle)to HIV infected blood is associated with LARGE quantity of blood ( but in your case there was not a drop of blood on needle head ), as a procedure in which needle was directly involved into vein, artery or deep injury, but in your case these things are not possible at all, so no chance of getting HIV infection by this route.
But you are so scared so this will be better for you get in rapid P 24 NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION test ( pcr , rna ) for HIV confirmation.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of primary infection of contract with that needle.
Hope this will help you.
