Hi,

Met-Neurobion OD capsule (Alpha Lipoic Acid and Methylcobalamin) is commonly prescribed for the deficiency states of vitamin B12 like peripheral neuritis and other painful nerve conditions. You seem to have developed vitamin B12 deficiency following Helicobacter pylori treatment so continue taking it as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
