General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Masturbation is like a 'self sex' and it is completely normal when performed in privacy without hurting genitals.
In hypothyroidism, our BMI value gets increased because of high level of thyroid stimulating hormone.
So,during or after masturbation one feels tired because a kind of high physical exertion and raised BMI due to your hypothyroidism.
Continue your Thyroxine tablet as per your physician or titrate the dose of drug as per your latest thyroid profile and physician's opinion.
Don't worry about that.
Thanks and Regards.
