what to do for a wrist that hurts when picking up objects? Injury occurred when I helped move some heavy furniture a week ago or I hurt wrist when I tried to cut a thick branch with shears around the same time of furniture moving. Less pain over time, but still some discomfort. I have used a warm soak which seems to help a little. How long will healing be before it feels Ok, again. Thank you
