How Can Spots On The Face Due To Sun Exposure Be Treated?

I am 29 year old female. jfI have many round spots in the face after staying out under the sun for6 hours. Spots are not red or raised and just off clear spots. I heard other friends had similar spots. Does it need any treatment or will go away by itself?
