How Can Snoring Be Treated?

I am A large parent I am 56year old I amssuffering asma about 8 years I am using Sambycort twisdaly twopuf and100mg docopatablet 100 mg Every12ourand Monas tablet10mg 24hour one tablet.my Wight 57 Lb Hight 5 3 Bludpresur 140/80 but when I am sleeping my nose come out sound. Andcouf com out so you please advise me how can I stop my nose sound and cuffs.

For snoring you can try the following lifestyle changes:

1. Maintenance of healthy body weight.
2. Change in sleep position.
3. Stay hydrated.
4. Avoid alcohol.
5. Change your pillows to avoid exposure to allergens.
6. Raise up the head of your bed which might help to keep the airways open.
7. Use of external nasal dilator in order to widen the nasal passage and decrease airflow resistance.
8. Stop smoking.



Additionally, you can opt for anti- snoring devices, oral appliances, CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine.

Based on your physician's advice, you can opt for newer treatments like radiofrequency tissue ablation which employs low intensity radio waves to shrink the tissue on the soft palate.
