Hi,

You seem to have fungal vaginal infection secondarily infected with bacteria. To have a sure positive result, you need to get culture and sensitivity test of vaginal discharge. The report with internal examination findings by a gynecologist would help in advising a specific treatment. Your sex partner must get treatment at the same time to avoid recurrence in future.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
