How Can Shin Bone And Calves Lumps With Tightness Be Treated?
Hi I have been running for quite a while. I just got out of the Marine Corps, so im used to running long distances. I recently started running about 4 times a week for about only a mile and a half to two miles. My shins and calves have started to get really tight and even bumps start to form near the shin bone. I've had shin splints before but this doesn't feel like shin splints. After I stop running they are tight for about another 45 minutes then they are fine besides the common soreness from running. I stretch pretty good before each run and it started to happen right before I got new running shoes and my problem is still there with my new running shoes. I've been running with my new shoes for about a week and a half now. What can I do to stop this?
