How Can Severe Pain Due To Arthritis Be Treated?
Although I am otherwise in good health, I have arthritis that causes foramenal stenosis (pinched nerve) in C3-C4 & C4-C5. The pain wakes me up every night. Prednisone is the only way I have really gotten relief. How often can I take the course of oral Prednisone before I have to worry about it affecting my long-term health?

Thanks for given information,According to your arthritis history and foramenal stenosis ,You are taking prednisolone,
for long term use can create side effects such as
Weight gain
Acne on face
Gastric problems
when you feel these symptoms,stop this medicine,
and consult with your Doctor,
I advise you kindly take prednisolone with Esomeprazole 40mg
will make your stomach safe
For Foramenal stenosis you can take Gabapentin 75 mg might be helpful for pain
