Although I am otherwise in good health, I have arthritis that causes foramenal stenosis (pinched nerve) in C3-C4 & C4-C5. The pain wakes me up every night. Prednisone is the only way I have really gotten relief. How often can I take the course of oral Prednisone before I have to worry about it affecting my long-term health?
