This might be due to peripheral neuropathy or neuritis. Problem might be in peripheral nerve or spine.
Advice
1.     Take rest for few days
2.     Avoid the posture which aggravates pain
3.     Gabapentin 300 mg (Capsule Neuronti 300 mg) thrice daily per oral for one month
4.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
5.     Consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will suggest exercise for relieving such problem
6.     Investigation
b.     blood sugar (F & PP) test
If you do not get relief with above measures then get done MRI of spine to find cause.
