How Can Sagging Due To Tethering Below Eye Be Cured?

hi, I had an operation 1 month ago, the incision was made below the right eye. Now after a month there is a scar and also sagging in the lower eye lid. i have consulted a second plastic surgeon and he said that the sagging is due to tethering. how can this be cured? and who are the best doctors in pune or delhi?

any surgery requiring incision when heals will have some cntracture so it will cause sagging of lid or any other part. for any correction if it is so chequered, then plastic surgeon can recomand. to my mind it can be left like that for some time , and if thereis still a problem, a surgical procedure can be decided.
