Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms given here could be suggestive of hyperacidity, diet plays the greater role, spicy, oily, heavy meal, can cause this, it is most advisable to control the diet, and PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) is advisable that is and the best drug. Tab Rabeprazole once in day, and it has to be taken for three weeks, stress may be one cause that could increase the acidic phenomenon.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
