How Can Recurrent Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

I am currently being treated for reoccurring yeast infection and bacterial.I have been usingTerconozole.8% Once a week for 3 weeks.I have to it 3 more weeks.Also taking Itraconazole.Around my anus ,still burns like fire.What is going on?Its done that to start with in addition to vaginal infection.What can i do for this? Rectal suppositories or what?PLESE HELP!Been dealing with this wayyyyy to long!THANKS

Thanks for asking.
Recurrant vaginal fungal(yeast) infection ..not responding with local treatment needs to be treated with-
- Oral antifungal &antibiotic medication (to be exacyly decided after deep vaginal swab culture test) along with vagila suppositories,anal creams (to be applied after taking schitz bath. Presence of anal fissure to be noted &treated specifically.Treatment of motion problems like loose motions or constipation should accopany)
-Avoid sex till completely cured.
-Treatment of sex partner both orally &locally is a must.
Please consult a gynecologist fir proper examination,investigations &treatment..
