Psoriasis is a autoimmune disorder of skin and has its relation to the mental status of the person like if you are under stress then your problem will increase and if you are a bit relaxed you feel better.The treatment available is limited so if you get good relief with clobetasol the it is fine and you can use it whenever required.But as clobetasol is a steroid use it properly and if you need to discontinue then do not stop it abruptly and try to slowly go off.

Psoriasis is a chronic disease like any other disease say hypertension or diabetes.But it can easily and effectively be controlled by allopathy medicines .The cream which you are using is a good one and can be used for long,but has to watch for side effects .It should not be used on face at all.
There are lot many options for psoriasis like oral methotrexate ,cyclosporin,mycofenolate mofetil etc.Phototherapy is one good and very safe option.In photo therapy one of the latest light used is Narrow band UVB therapy.It is very specific for psoriasis.
Certainly stress has a important role to play,so kindly avoid stress.There are certain medicines like anti inflammatory drugs and anti hypertensive drugs which can aggravate psoriasis.So keep a watch of it.
Frequent use of moisturizers is a must.Also use a moisturizing shower gel instead of soap.
