Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Sometimes, while withdrawing the penis before ejaculation unknowingly leads to deposition of sperms at or around vagina. This can lead to pregnancy.
I would suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done if her periods are delayed. If positive, then she can terminate the pregnancy by medical or surgical method after consulting am OBGYN specialist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
