How Can Pain And Tenderness In The Shoulder Be Treated?

Ok so i was in an auto accident recently, i went to a doctor and they ran test and said I had a lumbar sprain and a cervical sprain . i am doing physical therapy 3 times a week and i have had decent days and really bad days deprnding on the level of activity for the day. i have had headaches, muscle spasms, mild spotting, spasms down my right buttock, and leg, tightness and tenderness in my shoulder as well as pain in the neck and lots of pain.

You take below medicine under your doctor advice
-You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol.
-You can take Omeprazole.
-You can take A to Z tablet.

-Do yoga and pranayam in empty stomach breathing in fresh air.
-Do exercise in the morning.
-Do meditation in the morning.
-Physiotherapy is helpful for fast recovery.

-Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site.
-Apply hot water bag on affected site.
