Hello,

You have symptoms of nasal congestion which seems to be due to flu or the common cold. Need not to worry. You should take preventive measures. Take diet rich in vitamin B12. Maintain complete hygiene and take warm water to sip on a daily basis. If symptoms keep on persisting visit ENT specialist once without any delay and get it examined. Go for a blood test and start treatment after complete examination. Take a combination of anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic medication. Take steam inhalation on a daily basis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
