Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Cirrhosis of liver lead to loss of synthesis of proteins, decresed immunity power, decreased immunoglobulin production etc. These lead to prone for infection of respiratory and Gastroentrologist track. Please avoid animal protein, use plant proteins. Get chest x-ray and stool examination to rule out pneumonia and diarrhea. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
