General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I have studied your case. Tailbone itching can be due to the following causes.
1. Anal issues like fissures, fistulas or pilonidal sinus.
2. Fungal infection.
3. Obese people.

I would suggest you make sure that you wear loose undergarments, Avoid sweating, keep that are dry with powder, You can use Clotrimazole powder.

Constipation and worms in the intestine can cause such itching. If you have constipation then you take Cremaffin syrup.

If there is a fungal infection in perineum then you need to apply an ointment like Betnovate N.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
