How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi Iam 22yrs old, me and my husband trying for baby, my doctor give me Good OVA 100mg,cycloset syrup, 15 apcod sachets from 2nd day of period, after 7 days she take me san for follicular study day after day, first day of result right ovary-3.5*3.0small follicle, left ovary-3.0*3.0small follicle ,endometrial thickness-6mm , 2nd day of result right ovary-18mmfollicle,left ovary-small follicle, endometrial thickness-8mm ,and then she gave me injection fertigym 5000.,3rd day of result right ovary-irreguler sim follicle, left ovary-small follicle, endometrial thickness-8mm,mild free fluid Douglas, and my doctor told me your egg released and have to be sex today and tômrrow. I have done, Please tell me can i get pregnant ởr not PlS tell me

Hello,

Firstly, nobody can tell whether you will get pregnant or not, in this way. You can use pregnancy Home test Kit.

If you do not get pregnant, I suggest you go for Assisted Reproductive Technique.

I would also like to ask you to do:

1. Semen analysis for your husband

2. Your Day 2 FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone Blood level. I also suggest you continue Cycloset.

If there is a secretion from the breast, there is problem infertility. So, first, we have to treat this secretion, then we can think of fertility.

Do not worry. You test result, it comes good, I will say you what to do next.

You can also have intercourse Day10 - Day 17 of your cycle. That will give you the maximum chance of getting pregnant.
