Hi flora,
Most common condition related to ur problem could be VARICSOE VEINS (Legs), this condition can be treated well using various techniques and the last option could be a day care surgery. I would recommend you to consult a surgeon for a proper go in ur case......

You may be having varicose veins, please consult a general surgeon, in the initial stages elastic stockings help but if the symptoms worsen surgery may be needed.

Hi flora
puffy veins as u call them, may indicate something more to it than what meets the eye,. most commonly they turn out to be varicose veins. avoid standing long at your work place or your house,as it may aggravate the problem, use stockings. dont forget to consult your surgeon at the earliest.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
The least invasive and first course of action for any type of varicose veins should be compression stockings.
surgical stripping has been the treatment option for the relief of varicose veins.
Endovenous Laser Ablation is a minimally invasive procedure and is performed in the doctor's office with local anaesthetic.
Sclerotherapy is a technique whereby the patient is injected with a salt solution through a small needle into the dilated or abnormal vein.
Hope this helps you.
Wishing you good health...
Regards.

I was prescribed paroxetine and took it for 13 days before the Dr. discontinued. On the 10th day, I started getting painful varicose and spider veins. In 3 days I developed them on my legs, arms, abdomen, and the underside of my chin. Not just a few, but 30-40 of them. I stopped the medication yesterday, but I am still developing the spider veins. Are they related? Will the veins stop being so painful soon? I went to the ER, but they didn t seem concerned about them. I am 38, female, in good health, and am on no other medication.

Hi,
I am a seventeen year-old female with a family history of colon cancer, diabetes, and varicose veins. Great start, I know.
Anyway, I play sports actively and eat quite well, weighing in at 58kg. Problem is, I've had diarrhoea for a few days now, but it's not severe - it's like my colon is down-sizing. I've also been experiencing stomach cramps, and as of this morning my stools have been red/maroon in color. I went to the bathroom just now and the maroon color was consistently distributed throughout the stool. I am very worried about what this could be, and regarding my family history am convinced I should visit a doctor. Could you give me any advice about what this could be? I've researched stool samples and colon cancer as well as hemorrhoids, and have not eaten any foods that have a red coloring in days, but I'm still unsure about the cause.
