Through a 3" incision, I had a lipoma removed from the front of my left thigh and another grew back about 7 years later. I'm a poor man on SNAP with Medicare, my only medical insurance, and can't afford repeated removals. I personally think the latter grew back because the surgeon didn't thoroughly remove all of the former. The latter, occasionally painful, is larger than the former was and growing. Where can I get my lipoma permanently removed (correctly) in the Biloxi-Gulfport-Ocean Springs-Pascagoula, MS area on Medicare?
