How Can Herpes Be Treated?

good evening doctor,

I am having pinkish and glans colour spots about 5 on my glans for the last 2 and half months.( I had unprotected sex for so many years, without such problem). and at end side of glans (where prepuce remains when retracted )about 1 inch a bit brownish. All were completly asymptomatic without any pain or itch. After consulting G.P. he poined herpes . the Dermatologist opined for Wart. But my observation, after viewing at net, it is something similiar to soriasis or lichen. I took doxyclicine 100 mg bd for 10 days, GP adviced Ciprofloxacin 500 OD and Acyclovir cream for 7 day. Also used antifungal like cortimazole, Micanozole , but none found to be imporving. now a days took homeopathic Thuza 30 bd for 2 days and local application of same mother tincture. but it is remainingwithout any improvement nor much detoriation. please help.

thanx and regards.
