Hello dear I understand you concern Pause contain tranexamic acid. It serves as an antifibrinolytic and reduce the bleeding. It should be used only for 3-5 days. Once bleeding will stop, stop the taking pill. Wait for 4-5 days to completely stop the bleeding. After 4-5 days you can do your yoga. But pause tablet do not cure the cause of the heavy bleeding. If it will occur regularly in future then consult the gynecologist to find out the cause of the problem. Heavy bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, adenomyosis/fibroid, endometriosis, endometrium dysplasia. Vaginal examiantion, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan will help in the diagnosis.
