Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Although, this is most likely suggestive of
gastritis, GERD or hiatal
hernia, your symptoms are pretty intensive and you should do gastroscopy to evaluate it more accurately and rule out worse diagnoses such as stomach tumors.
In every case this is caused or aggravated by irritation of stomach mucosa by certain food or medications,
stress and
smoking. It should be treated by changing lifestyle habits first and in severe cases medications or surgery may be required. Y
ou need to eat smaller meals but or frequently , avoid long sitting after meal and regulate your body mass. You need to avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol and spicy food. You should eat more milk products, vegetables and boiled food.
Also, certain antiacid medications such as Ranitidin and Pantorpasol may be required by diagnosis should be established first by
endoscopy as soon as possible.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
