Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As grave's disease is an Autoimmune [AI] disorder and most common cause of hyperthyroidism and because medications are not working kindly get a second opinion or check simultaneously with any concomitant Autoimmune [AI] disorder like diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis

The stepwise approach in the patient(s] with Grave's disease usually comprises of:

. Medications: Antithyroid agent and beta blocker.
. Medical procedure: Radioactive Iodine therapy or Radiation therapy
. Surgery- Thyroid removal

To have a good outcome with your symptoms and treatment you will require a team of specialist comprising of Nuclear Medicine doctor, Endocrinologist, Primary Care Provider, Ophthalmologist, and Surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Munish Sood
